WIEDER Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 2001 and acquired the Frischling Maschinenbau GmbH in 2002. The Frischling Maschinenbau GmbH (Johann Frischling Maschinenbau in former times) is operating since 1987 and perfectly established in the market. Situated in the aspiring economic area of Salzburg, supplying our partners for 25 years with high-quality-products.

Our strengths are in hydraulic system, mechanical engineering, steel construction and a special know-how concerning the special civil engineering allows us, to support our clients with the highest competence and professionality. We offer our clients market-ready products as well as individual customized editions. Our service includes everything beginning with construction along to the assembly. After 25 years of international activity and thanks to our retailer network our products reached a worldwide presence and reputation.

1987

Foundation of the company Frischling Maschinenbau in Neumarkt a.W.

Production of veneering presses and wood splitters

1990

Scissor Lifting Tables were added to the production range

1993

Relocation to the new location in Steindorf b. Straßwalchen

upgrade of the plant

Aquisition of some various CNC-machines

Wieder-Schwaighofer Maschinenbau GmbH acquires the Frischling Maschinenbau GmbH

The subsidiary Wieder Stahlbau GmbH focuses on the hall construction.

2003

Changing the company’s name in Wieder Maschinenbau GmbH

Extension – the company doubled their production surface

2004

More frequently lifting tables are used as a freight elevator.

The high requirements of the lifting table standard EN1570, require sound knowledge. Ing. Alois Wieder graduated from a higher technical institute and found the technical office “Ing. Alois Wieder”. Number of employees got doubled compared to 2001

Celebrating the 10-year anniversary the Wieder Maschinenbau GmbH doubled their number of employees. Extension of a new assembly room (150 m²), warehouse expansion by 300m².

2014

The first exhibition of our products at the CeMAT in Hannover!

The most important European fair for intra-logistics. CEO Ing. Alois Wieder graduated as an international welding technician according to EN 1090.
